Gamma Radiation Source Coordination
We are the regional gamma specialist for non-contact level and density measurement. We supply and project-manage gamma radiation sources — Cs-137, Co-60, and Na-22 — used in mining, hydropower, and heavy industry. We do not physically handle radioactive materials. Our role is to coordinate every step: source selection, import permitting, shielded transport, installation scheduling, and end-of-mine-life export back to the manufacturer.
This end-to-end coordination service is unique in Lao PDR and removes the compliance burden from your operations team.

Calibration & Field Service
We perform on-site calibration of process instrumentation with traceable certificates. Our field service team brings the calibration equipment to your plant, minimizing downtime. We calibrate flow, level, pressure, and temperature instruments from Endress+Hauser, Rosemount, and other manufacturers.
Every calibration includes a signed certificate suitable for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and customer audit requirements.

Commissioning & Start-up
We commission new instrumentation for greenfield projects and retrofit installations. Our team handles loop checks, signal verification, configuration, range setting, and operator handover. We work alongside your EPC contractor or directly with your operations team.
We have commissioned instrumentation packages for mining concentrators, hydropower plants, water treatment facilities, and food and beverage lines across Lao PDR.

Maintenance & After-Sales Support
We provide ongoing maintenance and after-sales support for instrumentation installed in your plant. Service options include scheduled preventive maintenance, on-call breakdown response, and annual service contracts. Our Vientiane location lets us respond quickly to sites across Lao PDR.
We stock common spare parts for Endress+Hauser instruments and can source any genuine replacement directly from the factory.

Site Audits & Loop Checks
We audit existing instrumentation to identify aging equipment, calibration drift, obsolete technology, and safety risks. Our audit deliverable is a written report with recommendations, replacement priorities, and budget estimates.
